Please make sure the tour code is the same as to the one listed on our website and other promotional materials. Your personal information must exactly correspond to the passport details, as it is used for visa processing, accommodation and train tickets reservations.

If you are uncomfortable using Internet or the apartment you have selected is booked by request only, please print out the Apartment Reservation Form, fill it out and send us by fax or e-mail as mentioned in the form. Your request will be processed within one working day.
