Train Ticket Delivery
Russia train tickets are issued electronically and can be picked up at the cashier's window at any train station on the territory of Russia free of charge. In Moscow, St Petersburg, Kazan, etc. there are also special desks that will issue your tickets. To pick up a ticket you will need to present your passport and the 14-digit security code, which will be sent to you along with your order confirmation. We recommend coming to the railway station in advance to avoid hassle with your tickets.
International tickets are issued in the Moscow ticketing office and can then be picked up there or delivered to any address in Moscow for a fee of $10, to any Moscow airport or rail station for a fee from $45 or sent via international delivery to any address in the world.
Mongolia and China train tickets are issued in Ulaanbaatar and Beijing correspondingly and can be picked up from the ticketing offices there or can be delivered to the place of your accommodation for a nominal fee.
Worldwide delivery: Fedex, UPS, etc
Have your travel documents delivered to USA/Western Europe within 1-2 business days. Prices vary depending on the destination. You may also use your own FedEx/UPS account to pay for delivery upon receival of the parcel.
Worldwide delivery: Westpost, Garantpost
Delivered to Western Europe within about 10 days. While less secure than FedEx/UPS, this post costs around $10-$15 and will be a good option for a budget traveler.
Worldwide delivery: Regular post
Cost from $5. We do not recommend sending your travel documents with regular post, as there's a high risk of them being lost. E.g. in most cases your train tickets cannot be restored and loosing a ticket may mean the need to cancel your travel altogether.
