Refund Policy for Tours to Russia

You may cancel your reservation any time by sending us a note at info@traveltorussia.ru. The amount to be refunded is determined according to the Refund Scheme below, excluding the 15% non-refundable reservation fee, which is refunded on special conditions listed in your Tour Contract. The refund will be transferred to you within 14 business days upon reception of your cancellation.

70% 40-25 days before the tour start date
50% 24-15 days start date
25% 14-7 days start date
0% 6-0 days start date

Bank charges and other service fees are not refundable.

Exemptions:

*CRUISE PAYMENTS
Cruise payments will be refunded 50 percent upon cancellation within 2 months (60 days) prior to departure. 60 days or less prior to departure cruise payments are non-refundable.

*SPECIAL OFFERS

Special offers are mostly last-minute offers and for a limited time only. Therefore payments for these offers cannot be refunded.
